OSUN PARK LEADERSHIP CLASH LEAVES ONE DEAD, ADELEKE ORDERS ARRESTS

An Accord Party chieftain has been shot dead in Ile-Ife, Osun State, following a clash reportedly linked to a dispute over leadership of a motor park.
The incident reportedly occurred during a confrontation involving rival groups over control of the motor park.
The victim, whose identity was not immediately disclosed, was said to have been killed during the clash, raising concerns over renewed violence in the area.
Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has ordered security agencies to arrest those responsible for the incident and bring them to justice.
The governor condemned the violence and directed the relevant authorities to investigate the circumstances surrounding the killing.
Security agencies are expected to intensify efforts to identify and apprehend those involved as investigations into the incident continue.
