INEC BEGINS LOGISTICS PLANNING FOR 2027 ELECTIONS

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has inaugurated a multi-agency logistics committee as part of early preparations for Nigeria’s 2027 general elections.

The committee is expected to support coordination among relevant agencies and help ensure the timely movement of election materials and other essential resources.

Logistics remains a critical part of the electoral process, covering the distribution of sensitive materials, transportation arrangements and operational support for polling units across the country.

By beginning preparations early, INEC aims to strengthen coordination and improve the planning required for the nationwide exercise.
