‘APC IS ONE’ — AIYEDATIWA UNVEILS MOBILISATION PLAN AHEAD OF 2027 POLLS
Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has reaffirmed the unity of the All Progressives Congress, declaring that the party remains one as it begins preparations for the 2027 general elections.
Aiyedatiwa made the declaration while outlining plans to strengthen the party’s structure and mobilise supporters across the state ahead of the polls.
The governor said the APC must remain united at all levels if it is to maintain its political strength and achieve its objectives in 2027.
He called on party members, leaders and supporters to put aside personal differences and work together towards a common goal.
Aiyedatiwa also emphasised the importance of grassroots mobilisation, saying the party’s success would depend largely on its ability to maintain strong connections with voters and party members across the state.
As part of the mobilisation strategy, the governor said efforts would be intensified to engage party stakeholders and strengthen structures ahead of the elections.
He urged APC members to remain committed to the party and avoid actions capable of creating divisions within its ranks.
The governor’s comments come as political parties across Nigeria intensify preparations for the 2027 general elections, with internal mobilisation, membership engagement and grassroots structures expected to play a major role in the contest.
Aiyedatiwa maintained that the APC’s unity would be critical to its chances of retaining political influence in Ondo State and beyond.
With the 2027 elections drawing closer, attention is increasingly shifting towards how political parties organise their structures, manage internal differences and mobilise supporters at the grassroots.
