WIKE TELLS APC GOVERNORS: WIN YOUR STATES FOR TINUBU IN 2027

Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has challenged All Progressives Congress (APC) governors to deliver electoral victories for President Bola Tinubu in their respective states ahead of the 2027 general election.

Wike reportedly warned that governors should not claim the party has won the election if they fail to secure victory in their states.

His remarks highlight the pressure on political leaders to mobilise support for Tinubu as preparations for the next presidential election gather momentum.

The FCT minister, a former Rivers State governor, has remained a prominent figure in Nigeria’s political discussions, maintaining relationships with politicians across party lines.
