KEBBI 2027: APC DEFENDS GOVERNOR IDRIS’ RECORD
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has defended the performance of Kebbi State Governor Nasir Idris ahead of the 2027 general election, highlighting what it described as achievements in workers’ welfare, education and infrastructure development.
The party maintained that the governor’s administration had taken steps to improve the living conditions of residents and strengthen public services across the state.
According to the claims presented by the government, its priorities include improving educational facilities, supporting workers and expanding infrastructure to promote development in Kebbi.
The defence comes as political activities gradually gather momentum ahead of the 2027 elections, with parties and political stakeholders expected to face increased scrutiny over their records in office.
The governor’s performance is likely to remain a subject of political debate as the election approaches, with residents assessing government policies and their impact on daily life.
