IGNORE OPPOSITION, JUST TACKLE INSECURITY, APC CHIEFTAIN URGES TINUBU
An All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain in Osun State, Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, has urged President Bola Tinubu to focus on tackling insecurity and improving the security situation in the country ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Oyintiloye advised the President not to be distracted by criticisms from opposition political groups, saying the administration should concentrate on addressing challenges affecting Nigerians.
He identified insecurity as one of the major issues requiring urgent attention, particularly the protection of lives and property across the country.
The APC chieftain also called for sustained efforts to strengthen the country’s security architecture and support security agencies in confronting criminal activities.
According to him, addressing insecurity would be important to restoring public confidence and creating a safer environment for Nigerians.
His comments come as political activities and discussions surrounding the 2027 elections continue to intensify across the country.
Oyintiloye urged the administration to remain focused on governance and the implementation of measures aimed at addressing the concerns of Nigerians as the 2027 elections approach.
