PSG Defeat Arsenal 2-1 to Reach Champions League Final

Paris Saint-Germain have booked their place in the 2025 UEFA Champions League final after securing a 2-1 victory over Arsenal in the second leg of their semi-final clash on Wednesday night.
Coming into the match with a 1-0 advantage from the first leg at the Emirates, PSG extended their lead with a composed finish from Fabián Ruiz in the first half. Arsenal pressed hard for an early equalizer, but were repeatedly denied by an inspired performance from Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Luis Enrique’s side doubled their lead in the second half when Achraf Hakimi curled a stunning strike past David Raya, effectively putting the tie beyond the Gunners’ reach. Although Bukayo Saka managed to pull one back late in the game, it proved too little too late, as Arsenal were eliminated with a 3-1 aggregate score.
With the win, PSG advance to the final in Munich on May 31, where they will face Inter Milan, who edged past Barcelona in a thrilling 7-6 aggregate victory.
This marks another major step in PSG’s quest for their first-ever Champions League title under Luis Enrique’s management.
