ATIKU VOWS TO RESTORE FUEL SUBSIDY, REOPEN LAND BORDERS
African Democratic Congress (ADC) presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar has pledged to restore fuel subsidy and reopen Nigeria’s land borders if elected president in 2027.
The former vice-president says the proposed measures would form part of his plans for the country if he wins the presidential election.
His pledge places fuel subsidy and border policy among the key issues likely to feature in the 2027 election campaign.
