A lawyer has called on Afrobeats star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, to apologise to Edo State Governor Monday Okpebholo over a social media post concerning the governor’s alleged West African Examinations Council (WAEC) result.
The lawyer said Davido’s comments amounted to an attack on the governor’s character and should therefore be withdrawn, particularly if the claims made about Okpebholo’s academic record cannot be substantiated.
