TINUBU HAILS HAUSA AS PILLARS OF NIGERIA’S UNITY
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has celebrated Hausa Day, describing the Hausa people as an important pillar of Nigeria’s unity, cultural heritage and national development.
Tinubu commended the Hausa people for their contributions to Nigeria’s social, economic and political development, stressing the importance of unity and peaceful coexistence among the country’s diverse ethnic groups.
The President said Nigeria’s strength lies in its diversity and urged citizens to continue promoting mutual respect, understanding and cooperation.
He also highlighted the rich cultural heritage of the Hausa people, noting their influence on Nigeria’s history, commerce, arts and traditions.
Tinubu called on Nigerians to embrace the values that unite the country and work together towards building a more prosperous and peaceful nation.
The President’s message came as Nigerians marked Hausa Day, an occasion celebrating the culture, history and contributions of the Hausa people.
