KANO COMMITTED TO TINUBU’S 2027 RE-ELECTION — YUSUF

Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has reaffirmed his commitment to President Bola Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027, pledging the state’s support for the President’s second-term ambition.
Speaking at a political gathering, Yusuf said the administration is prepared to work towards ensuring overwhelming support for President Tinubu in the next general election.
The governor stated that the commitment is based on what he described as the Federal Government’s efforts in infrastructure development, economic reforms, and national development.
According to him, continued collaboration between Kano State and the Federal Government will help accelerate development projects and improve the welfare of residents.
Yusuf also called on political stakeholders and supporters to remain united and focused on promoting peace and democratic values as political activities gradually gather momentum ahead of the 2027 elections.
He expressed confidence that sustained cooperation between leaders at both the state and federal levels would deliver greater dividends of democracy to the people.
The remarks come as political consultations and realignments continue across the country ahead of the next election cycle.
