The 33 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Oyo State have received a combined N18.34 billion as their net allocation for November 2025, following the latest disbursement by the Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC).

Data released under the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation (OAGF) shows that Ibadan North East LGA received the highest allocation for the month with N700.35 million, while Ifedapo LGA followed closely with N675.08 million. Ibadan North LGA ranked third, receiving N661.08 million.

Other LGAs with notable allocations include Ibadan South West with N648.39 million, Iseyin with N647.72 million, and Egbeda, which received N641.41 million.

At the lower end of the distribution, Ogo-Oluwa LGA received the least allocation at N456.43 million, followed by Ogbomoso South with N473.87 million and Ibarapa Central with N479.64 million.

The breakdown further shows that LGAs such as Akinyele (N587.17m), Oluyole (N583.27m), Lagelu (N557.83m), Ibadan North West (N528.16m) and Afijio (N512.19m) also received substantial allocations during the period.

According to the FAAC data, the allocations form part of ongoing efforts by the Federal Government to ensure financial stability and smooth operations across Nigeria’s three tiers of government — federal, state and local.

The funds are expected to support recurrent expenditure, infrastructure development, and service delivery at the grassroots level across Oyo State.
