Obasanjo, Jonathan Join Abdulsalami to Launch Health Hub

Former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan will join other dignitaries on Tuesday for the unveiling of the Care365 Health Hub, a healthcare innovation chaired by former Head of State, General Abdulsalami Abubakar.

The launch, scheduled to take place at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre, will showcase new solutions aimed at transforming healthcare access in Nigeria.

General Abubakar, who serves as the Chief Host and Chairman of Care365, will lead the event. Jonathan will be the Guest of Honour, while Obasanjo is billed to chair the occasion. The Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammad Ali Pate, will formally unveil the innovation.

According to Ngozi Odumuko, CEO and Founder of Care365, the hub will introduce four pioneering products:

Care365 Health Monitoring Kiosk – a smart self-service station for instant vital checks like blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI, and oxygen levels.

Care365 Mobile Clinic – a flexible unit designed to deliver healthcare to underserved and remote communities.

Care365 Telemedicine App (mobile and web) – enabling virtual consultations with doctors, e-prescriptions, referrals, and digital health records.

Specialist Doctors Pool – a global network of highly skilled doctors from the U.S., Europe, Canada, Asia, and Nigeria, offering top-tier medical expertise.

The unveiling will also attract top government officials, state governors, ministers, FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, private sector leaders, and representatives from international organisations, alongside captains of industries in oil and gas, telecoms, banking, and insurance.
