Paris FC, Nantes Agree €7m Deal for Nigerian Forward Moses Simon

Newly-promoted French Ligue 1 side Paris FC have reportedly reached an agreement with FC Nantes for the transfer of Nigerian international Moses Simon, according to French outlet Foot Mercato.
Simon, 29, has been a top target for Paris FC as they prepare for their first season in the French top flight in 46 years. The final deal is said to be worth around €7 million.
Earlier, Ouest-France reported that Paris FC had submitted an initial bid of €5 million, which Nantes rejected. However, the club returned with an improved offer that appears to have met Nantes’ valuation.
Simon has been a key player for Nantes since joining permanently in 2020, and his departure marks the end of a solid spell with Les Canaris.
