Ondo State House of Representatives candidate, Kayode Ijalana, has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu following his overwhelming victory in the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary election.
According to Ijalana, the outcome of the primary reflects Tinubu’s growing nationwide acceptance and continued support within the ruling party ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The APC chieftain described the President’s victory as a strong endorsement of his leadership, policies and ongoing reforms across different sectors of the economy.
He also commended party members and delegates for what he called their commitment to party unity and democratic processes during the primary exercise.
Ijalana expressed confidence that Tinubu’s administration would continue implementing programmes aimed at national development, economic growth and political stability.
Political observers say endorsements from party candidates and stakeholders are expected to intensify as preparations for the 2027 elections gather momentum nationwide.
Supporters of the President have continued to celebrate the primary results, describing them as proof of confidence in the APC leadership.
