OSUN HEADS TO COURT AS EFCC FREEZES GOVT ACCOUNTS

The Osun State Government has announced plans to institute legal action against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) following the freezing of several government bank accounts.
The state government described the action as unlawful and capable of disrupting essential government operations, including the payment of salaries, execution of projects, and delivery of critical public services.
