Presidential Adviser on Policy Communication, Daniel Bwala, says President Bola Tinubuโs administration maintains a firm, no-negotiation policy with bandits and terrorist groups, insisting the government will not concede ground to criminal elements.
Bwala explained that the President has directed security agencies to intensify operations aimed at crushing violent networks across the country. According to him, the Federal Government believes paying ransom or striking deals with criminals only fuels further insecurity and strengthens terror groups.
He noted that ongoing military operations have been yielding positive results, with several enclaves dismantled through coordinated intelligence efforts. Bwala emphasized that the Tinubu administration is committed to restoring safety nationwide through strategic security reforms rather than temporary compromises.
The presidential aide urged citizens to remain confident in the governmentโs approach, assuring that recent successes indicate a sustained momentum against terrorism and banditry.
