NSCDC, FRSC Strengthen Partnership for Road Safety in FCT
The Federal Capital Territory Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Dr. Olusola Odumosu, has reaffirmed the corps’ commitment to working closely with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) to improve road safety in Abuja.
He gave the assurance on Friday during a courtesy visit by the new FRSC Sector Commander, Felix Theman, to the NSCDC headquarters. Odumosu described the visit as a boost to the agencies’ long-standing cooperation and promised full support to protect FRSC officers from harassment and attacks by unruly road users.
He stressed the importance of united efforts among stakeholders to curb road accidents and promote safe driving habits in the FCT.
