Katsina Gov Reshuffles Cabinet, Nominates Two Commissioners
Katsina State Governor Dikko Radda has approved a cabinet reshuffle, nominating two new commissioners and appointing several senior government aides as part of efforts to strengthen governance and improve service delivery across the state.
The announcement, made by the state government, stated that the reshuffle is aimed at repositioning key ministries and injecting fresh energy into the administration’s development agenda. According to the governor, the changes are designed to enhance efficiency, accountability and responsiveness in government operations.
Governor Radda noted that the nominees for commissioner positions will be forwarded to the Katsina State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation in line with constitutional provisions. He expressed confidence in their competence and experience, describing them as individuals capable of driving the administration’s policy priorities.
In addition to the commissioner nominations, the governor approved the appointment of several senior aides to support ongoing reforms in critical sectors.
