I’ll Work for Tinubu’s Second Term, Deliver Abia for APC — Orji Kalu
The Senator representing Abia North senatorial district and former Governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu, has declared his commitment to ensuring victory for President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress in the 2027 general elections.
Kalu stated that he would actively work to secure President Tinubu’s second term while also delivering Abia State to the APC, ending years of opposition dominance in the state.
The former governor made this declaration while addressing party supporters and stakeholders, stressing that the APC remains focused on strengthening its political structure across the South-East ahead of the next election cycle.
According to him, the ruling party is making strategic efforts to expand its influence in the region, adding that Abia State would play a critical role in the APC’s 2027 electoral plans.
“I will work for President Tinubu’s second term and ensure that Abia State is delivered for the APC. The party is determined to grow stronger in the South-East, and Abia will not be left behind,” Kalu said.
He further urged party members to remain united and committed to grassroots mobilization, noting that sustained engagement with the people would be key to the party’s success in the forthcoming elections.
Kalu also expressed confidence in the Tinubu-led administration, saying the president’s policies and reforms would ultimately translate into long-term economic growth and development for the country.
Political observers believe Kalu’s comments signal renewed efforts by the APC to consolidate its presence in Abia State as preparations intensify for the 2027 elections.
