“He Is Alive” Odunlade Adekola Gives Update On Azeez Ijaduade Who Was Shot By Nigerian Police, Colleagues Rejoice
Nollywood actor and box office king, Odunlade Adekola had given an update on colleague, Azeez Ijaduade who was shot by Nigerian police.
Benco News reported that the Yoruba movie director was shot by a Nigerian police personnel and is currently at Babcock University Teaching Hospital.
His colleagues took to social media to raise alarm over his condition, with Afeez Owo calling for help from well-meaning Nigerians as he revealed the director’s location. Though not stating clearly what time of help he needed, Afeez pleaded with Nigerians to come to his aid as the director is in a critical condition.
Kolawole Ajeyemi, also took to his Instagram page to share a clip of the actor on a hospital bed as he called for prayers and healing upon his life.

Now taking to his Instagram page, Odunlade Adekola has given an update on him, expressing gratitude to God for sparing his leg. He made it known that the director is alive and his responding to treatment as he shared a video of him, the director and Biodun Adebanjo at the hospital.
“Glory be to God @kingzeez1 is alive”.

Last year, Akeem Adeyemi was severely assaulted by Area Boys on a movie set.
His colleague, Wumi Toriola raised the alarm over the maltreatment given to him on her Instagram page as she shared a disturbing video of the actor with bloody eyes and cried out over the manhandling of actors.
Sharing details of the ordeal, she revealed that area boys had turned peaceful filming into a bloody scene.
The married woman, whose property Akeem Adeyemi was filming on and had instigated the commotion was later arrested.
