The Federal Government has opened applications for the second phase of its Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programme.
The initiative is aimed at equipping Nigerians, particularly youths, with practical skills to enhance employability and promote entrepreneurship.
According to officials, beneficiaries of the programme will receive fully funded training in various vocational fields, along with monthly stipends and start-up support upon completion.
The government said the programme is part of broader efforts to tackle unemployment, boost productivity and support economic growth through skills development.
Interested applicants are encouraged to apply through the official channels, with authorities assuring a transparent selection process.
Observers say the expansion of the TVET programme reflects increasing focus on vocational education as a key driver of job creation and sustainable development.
