Ex-PDP Legal Adviser Makes Peace With Akpabio, Joins APC
Emmanuel Enoidem, the immediate past National Legal Adviser of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has reconciled with Senate President Godswill Akpabio and defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The defection was formally conveyed to Akpabio by a delegation of political stakeholders from Akwa Ibom State, led by Governor Umo Eno.
The visit, according to sources, marked the end of longstanding political differences between Enoidem and the Senate President, paving the way for his return to active politics within the ruling party.
Enoidem’s move is the latest in a series of high-profile defections from the PDP to the APC, further reshaping the political landscape in Akwa Ibom State.
