WALE TINUBU JOINS PRESIDENT TINUBU FOR UMRAH IN SAUDI ARABIA

Businessman and Group Chief Executive of Oando Plc, Wale Tinubu, has disclosed that he joined President Bola Tinubu to perform Umrah, the lesser Hajj, in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Wale Tinubu described the opportunity to accompany the President on the Islamic pilgrimage as an honour, sharing the experience publicly.

Umrah is a pilgrimage to the holy city of Makkah that Muslims can undertake at any time of the year, unlike the annual Hajj, which takes place during a specific period in the Islamic calendar.

The visit comes as President Tinubu undertakes religious activities in Saudi Arabia, with the pilgrimage attracting attention from Nigerians following Wale Tinubu’s public disclosure.
