The former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has returned to Nigeria from London amid growing political developments in Kano State, ahead of the anticipated defection of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf to the ruling party.

Sources close to the APC disclosed that Ganduje’s return is linked to high-level consultations and strategic meetings aimed at finalising arrangements for the governor’s planned move to the APC.
