President Bola Tinubu has reaffirmed Nigeriaโs commitment to global peace as he received 21 newly accredited foreign envoys at the State House, Abuja, pledging stronger cooperation on shared global challenges.
Tinubu told the diplomats that Nigeria remains open to deeper collaboration in areas such as security, economic development, climate action and conflict resolution. He assured them that the country will continue to play a stabilising role across Africa, especially in regions affected by insecurity.
While welcoming the envoys, the President encouraged them to take advantage of Nigeriaโs reforms and explore opportunities that can strengthen bilateral ties and drive mutual growth. He noted that his administration is focused on improving governance, boosting investment and fostering partnerships that support long-term development.
Tinubu also urged the diplomats to work closely with Nigerian institutions to enhance cultural exchange, expand trade relations and support global efforts aimed at promoting peace and stability.
